Products/Services Purchased from WebsiteBazaar.com, may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.   • Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued, provided the service has not been initiated.
  • 50% Refund: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before 72 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. This is applicable only if the service has not been fully initiated.
  • No Refund: Cancellations after 72 hours from placing the order are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel the SMS Marketing Service before the campaign has been initiated (no messages have been sent), a full refund may be issued, depending on the terms of your agreement/Refund Policy (e.g., within 24 hours of placing the order).
  • No Refund After Messages Are Sent: Once SMS messages have been sent to the recipients, no refund will be issued because the service has been fully delivered.

  • If you cancel your SEO service before any work has been started, a full refund may be granted, subject to a 24-48 hour cancellation window after payment.
  • While we aim to achieve measurable results, SEO is a long-term strategy, and outcomes are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control. As such, no refunds will be issued based on performance or ranking results.
  • Once SEO work has been initiated (such as website audits, keyword research, content optimization, link building), no refunds will be issued.

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued, provided the service has not been initiated.
  • No Refund: Cancellations after 24 hours from placing the order are non-refundable.

 

Refund Eligibility

Products/Services :- Consultation Services

  • Once a consultation session has been scheduled, delivered, or services have been provided, no refund will be issued. This applies to all consultation services, including but not limited to, business advice, strategy development, marketing guidance, and other one-on-one or group consultations.
  • If you miss your scheduled consultation session, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you attend the session at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Any consultation services that are prepaid or booked in advance are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and the service has been rendered. If the consultation is scheduled and you decide not to proceed, no refund will be issued.
  • If we cannot deliver the Consulting due to unavoidable circumstances, a partial refund or alternative service may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
